We have had a
lovely day and have tried to spend lots of time outside! We started the day
with some colouring and reading before completing our Maths work. The Year Twos
learnt about fact families and Miss Briggs took them outside to draw part-part
whole models on the playground with chalk. Then we had snack and break on the
playground.
When we came
in we did some GoNoodle dances, which inspired Zuzanna to challenge Mr Clement
to a ‘floss-off’ and Zuzanna won! Then
we did our English work. Some children made beautiful story maps of a letter
from Mary Anning whilst others wrote some brilliant paragraphs.
We had our
lunch and played some more on the playground before coming in to learn about
the Lockdown song – Looking to the Rainbow. After that we played on the field where
we practised cartwheels and handstands and played with the OPAL resources.
